Just like our first born, Level Seven is completely and utterly unique, not a step-and-repeat clone of the same old fitness event. Teams of two race against the clock to complete seven endurance-based workouts back-to-back to test strength, stamina, and determination.
Based in a multi-storey car park, aptly named the ‘spaceship’, each level has a unique functional workout and music genre to challenge and motivate our athletes as they transition from level to level.
In true Conquer Fitness style be prepared to lift, shift, row, throw, run, jump, curl, hurl, sweat and have fun with fitness!
In collaboration with Alderley Park, Everybody Health and Leisure, and Conquer Fitness are taking the competitive fitness experience to the next level. L7.

Adult pairs competition. Workouts are scalable for all abilities (on request).

- Mixed SEX PAIRS TEAM Male & Female +18 yrs
- All athletes receive a Medal, free Branded Tee Shirt, Branded energy drink.
- Winners Banners for the winning 3 fastest teams per category

Venue: Glasshouse Car Park, Alderley Park, Congleton Road, Macclesfield, SK10 4TG
Parking available and free, spectators free, no dogs (as parts in doors), food & refreshments available, showers are on site, indoor spectating available (under government guidance, as determined at the time).
Prior to the event the Teams will be asked to complete a short Pre Event Seeding Workout and record each team’s capability, to enable the team at Conquer to organise the phased start times. Failure to complete will mean automatically the team falls to the back of the phased starting times.
